We are currently working on a project where we need to route optical fibers from inside a transformer oil tank (80~100°C) to the outside.
We found information in patents about your company having specialized fiber optic feedthroughs for oil-immersed transformers and would like to inquire about a few key points:
Can your company’s fiber optic feedthrough products withstand long-term immersion in transformer oil at 80~100°C? Do you have any relevant oil resistance test data or application cases?
We require a 6-core optical fiber channel. The fiber type is 105/125μm multimode fiber with an SMA905 connector. Can your company provide a 6-core integrated flange, or would we need 6 individual single-core flanges?
What is the pressure resistance rating of the product? We require it to be no less than 3kV.
Please provide a detailed technical specification sheet, installation dimension drawings, and a formal quotation. If standard products do not meet our requirements, can custom solutions be provided?
