The OFSCN® Fiber Optic Vacuum Sealed Flange is primarily designed and specified for vacuum environments, with a vacuum degree better than 1*10^-5 Pa and 1*10^-7 Pa.
Regarding positive pressure environments, our standard product specifications do not detail a maximum positive pressure rating. The design focuses on maintaining vacuum integrity.
