200℃ Fiber Optic Patch Cord - SM/MM/PM Polyimide Coated Fiber Patch Cable - All-Metal Fiber Optic Jumper/Pigtail - High/Low Temperature Resistant Fiber Patch Cord - DCYS - ofscn.org

The OFSCN® 200℃ Fiber Optic Patch Cord is a high-performance interconnect solution designed for extreme environments where traditional polymer-buffered fibers fail.

Technical Principles and Construction

Unlike standard fiber jumpers, this product utilizes an all-metal protective structure to maintain signal integrity across a wide temperature gradient (-200°C to +200°C).

  1. Fiber Core: It features OFSCN® 200℃ Polyimide Optical Fiber. Polyimide coating provides superior thermal stability compared to standard acrylate, preventing melting or outgassing at elevated temperatures.
  2. Encapsulation: The fiber is housed within a 0.9mm seamless stainless steel tube. This “Fiber in Metal Tube” (FIMT) design offers exceptional mechanical protection against crushing, tension, and chemical corrosion.
  3. Connectivity: It comes standard with FC/APC connectors, though FC/PC, ST, and other variants are customizable to meet specific equipment requirements.
